Shipping & delivery

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

Chocolate Grove takes great care with your order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. While we take no responsibility for damaged goods, we do all we can to avoid this. All goods leaving our warehouse will be packed in excellent condition.

We ship orders Monday – Wednesday. Orders in after Wednesday 12 noon will be despatched the following Monday to avoid extended transit and storage in potentially hot warehouse over the weekend.

We may decide to hold deliveries during particularly hot periods.

 

Standard Delivery

Chocolate Grove will charge $9.95 delivery fee on all standard order within Australia.
Express delivery will be $19.95 on all standard order within Australia.

 

Hot Weather Pack

Hot Weather Pack is charged separate to shipping, at $10 per delivery address.

Hot weather Pack will include ice block, bubble wrap, insulated bag and/or polystyrene box.

Due to the nature of chocolates, we highly recommend that Hot Weather packs are included during the hotter months (October – April).

 

Express Delivery 

Express Post is calculated by the weight and dimensions of your order, and destination, Australia wide. This can be done upon check out.

 

International Delivery

Orders placed through the website can only be delivered to addresses within Australia. However you may contact us if you have a special request for overseas delivery.

 

 

Pick up Service

We do offer a pick up service. Just make sure you leave your contact number before you check out. We will contact you once the order is ready for pick up.

 

 

Delivery Estimates (Standard shipping)

VIC, NSW, QLD, SA metro – 1-2 business days

VIC, NSW, QLD, SA rural areas – up to 4 business days

TAS – up to 4 business days

WA, NT – 5-10 business days, depending upon location

 

Shipping times may be affected by Public Holidays and peak delivery periods.

 

RETURN AND CANCELLATION

 

Refunds will not be given unless an incorrect order has been despatched.  Requests for a refund must be notified to Chocolate Grove within 2 days after receiving the delivery.

 

Once orders are lodged and paid for, cancellations will attract a 10% cancellation cost. If the order has been packed and ready to go, a 25% cancellation cost will apply. Once the order is shipped, no cancellations can be accepted.
